Basically, the call does n't state whom they want to speak to. They only stated the following : They are from Municipal Services BureauThe phone call is not a Sales or Solicitationtopic is an Important matter - call -Since I do n't owe any money and they think it is important, they should - specify whom they want to speak to and what the subject is about.and sent a certified letter to my address if they know. I have been living in the same address now for over 5 or more years.
