U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I used a - gift card to make a purchase at - on - -, 2014. I maximized the value of the card, so I discarded it. On - -, I returned the merchandise to the vendor and a credit was issued to the gift card in the amount of $39.00. I contacted - to find out how to get the credit and have been given the run around. -, I was told to submit the first - digits of the gift card number and the tracking number to the issuing bank. I got the numbers from the vendor and submitted tehinformation to US Bank National Association. I contacted - again and was told to fax a copy of my return item receipt, my - and - name, telephone number, mailing address and email address to teh - and - Unit at -. I faxed this information on - -, 2014. As of date, i have not received any credit or response from -.
