FirstBank of Puerto Rico Mortgage credit decision / underwriting April 19, 2015 - On - -, 2014 a complaint ( - ) was opened against FirstBank of Puerto Rico. The case was closed, the company responded to the complaint on - -, 2014 at -. During that day FirstBank did - a Hard Inquiry ( without written consent ) and the a Soft Inquiry on the Credit Reports of my wife and mine. The purpose was to provide cfpb with evidence that the account was showing on the Credit Reports. Please refer to Exhibit - of the complaint number -. The same date we requested FirstBank to correct the Hard Inquiry. As of this date there has been no correction. ... |
