The creditor has shown no proof that the debt was even properly assigned to them, nor that they are the actual owners of said debt. Additionally the creditor 's " affidavit of debt '' was " robosigned '' and no actual verification of the actual amount of debt owed was verified in the law suit, therefore the affidavit was fraudulent.... |

The divorce decree states the debt is her sole responsibility. The debt is in her name ( I am not part of the original contract ).
