Amex Collection Debt Dispute Complaints

Amex consumers have reported over 47 official complaints related to Collection debt dispute. Out of the 47 consumer complaints against Amex, 26% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Amex responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 13% of consumer complaints against Amex resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 6% resulted in non-monetary compensation.
