GC Services Limited Partnership Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened arrest/jail if do not pay June 30, 2015 - Contacted by GC Services today about an old student loan which I am paying thru a different company that I am paying for this debt. The collector from GC Services said that it was from - -/-/-. This is the debt that I am paying through a different compay. GC Services can not produce promissory notes or any original documentation to verify this loan. They also took a chunk of my income tax return in -/-/-. I need some help with this one please. ... |
