Ragan & Ragan, PC Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid December 7, 2015 - I settled this debt with an agency representing - roughly 2 years ago for exactly - dollars. Now - apparently did not status my account settled and illegally sold my difficiency balance and has a law firm of - in NJ suing on behalf of the purchaser of the debt -. This is exactly what the CFPB has been fighting, poor record keeping, chain of title and shady operations and debt purchasers going after people who no longer owe on their debt.
