With that and other debt i chose to go through a chapter - bankruptcy in - officially discharged -. It was negotiated that they would reduce amount owed to $ 60k, no interest, and $ - for 236 months. It was not reported to the credit bureaus. My father died - -, I forgot to add the payments to my new budget for the year.
