I never received a detailed bill explaining this information. One month they just stated I owed them this massive amount and it was due to a billing error on their part for data from months prior, where they hadn't calculated data correctly. I informed them that if I had used the data they should have not allowed me to go over because I had limits in place set up with my plan to keep this from occurring, and was never notified of the increase in usage.
