Gotham Collection Services Corp. communication tactics threatened to take legal action June 25, 2015 - This company is supposedly collecting on an auto loan which was paid. The company they are collecting for is in the name of Sharon Holding Corp. which I have no idea who this is. They and the attorney have harrassed me in so many ways. They have threatened to garnish my wages, have me arrested and levied upon my bank account before a set court date. They will not supply any paperwork to me regarding this debt after many attempts to have them submitted to me. ... |
