Fenton & McGarvey Law Firm, P.S.C. taking/threatening an illegal action threatened to sue on too old debt April 30, 2015 - I was in a lease in 2001, I turned the vehicle in and - - bank signed off that nothing was owed and everything was in good repair. Now they are trying to come after me for money, $1700.00 when I never even owned a debt in the first place.
