I answered the phone, said that I was myself and the caller asked me for my date of birth. She called me. Her caller ID did n't say Med-1, even if it did that 's no guarantee. I was told by my account respresentative on -/-/2015 that there were no derogatory remarks on my account at the present, but if I did not pay then there would be. I then asked the representative if I could make payments to the account in order to keep remarks off my credit. She stated that she could do that. Med-1 Solutions, LLC communication tactics frequent or repeated calls August 27, 2015 - They call using a different number sometimes.they call everyday sometimes 3-4 times a day. I asked them to stop with repeated calls .they said they are in their right by law to make repeated calls til debt is collected.I asked if I submitted a letter to cease the constant calls would they then stop. I was told yes but then I would be sued immediately. The papers were served on - - 2015 with a court date of - - 2015! I work as a -, I called when I could but Med1 would deflect my attempts to try and figure this out.
