Village Capital and Investment, LLC loan servicing, payments, escrow account January 16, 2016 - In response to a complaint that I filed with the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau against - and Village Capital Investment in regards to the illegal foreclosure of my home and failure to apply payments to my loan in accordance with federal law, I received the attached letter in duplicate from - - and Village Capital Investment.
