ARC Management Group, LLC communication tactics used obscene/profane/abusive language October 14, 2015 - - - was extremely disrespectful and manipulative toward me when I tried to explain to him very politely that the debt was not owed. - works for ARC Management and had zero regard for me as a human with dignity. He treated me like I was the scum of the earth. I escalated the call to his supervisor who promised to review the call. There is no excuse for yelling at me and interrupting and refusing to listen. ARC Management Group, LLC cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid September 5, 2015 - without mailing me notice to let me know I had hostile pills they report me to credit bureau, then after my insure company paying them $800.00 and I paid $220.00 ( means I paid off my hostile bill! ), they keep calling me to said they DO NOT receive the insure company 's check, and ask me to pay them another $800.00, then a lady in ARC finally figure out they already get the check!
