Reliant Capital Solutions, LLC dealing with my lender or servicer received bad information about my loan February 8, 2016 - Reliant capital LLC, -, Ohio contacted me about a loan more than a month ago. I sent them a certified letter requesting information about the loan. All they did was send me an invoice/bill from company x, without answering the questions I asked to resolve the issue. Now Reliant has reported me to credit bureaus for collections which do not belong to me. I have repeatedly asked them to provide a copy of the award/aid loan letter and promissory note that I signed when I took the so called loan from them/somebody else that they are claiming to be mine. ... |

I am still unable to pay the 1983 debt they are attempting to collect now. They identify themselves as Reliant Capital Solutions, then ask for me to confirm personal info ( SSN, DOB, current address ). I 've told them I wo n't confirm or provide information unless I have a valid reason to do so.
