Omega RMS is violating both the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act as well as the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Omega RMS is using deceptive practices to collect money from me and they need to be investigated.


Omega RMS . I did not authoriz e Omega RMS to obtain my credit file . Omega RMS never sent me a letter stating that they obtained my credit file and that they were going to place this account on it. I then sen t Omega RMS a v alidation letter to prove that they own this debt they claim I owe. Omega RMS then sent me old statements from various companies with dates from - . Omega RMS did not send me a purchase agreement, bill of sale or any type of proof that Omega RMS is legally entitled to collect anything from me. To this day, Omega RMS is still reporting this account on my credit file and trying to collect money from me. Omega RMS deceptive tactics are malicious and intentional.
