RE-OCCURING ISSUE Case number : - The lender has not addressed the issue. The question is, is it legal to force mortgage underwriters to apply disparate treatment while underwriting loans? If the company feels that this is not the correct forum to address this then maybe the Department of Justice would be a better agency.
