Incorrect information on credit report Account terms New York

I try uploading documents on Experian website and it would not upload pdf files so I can remove a delinquency from child support that should not be on my credit report. I have a letterhead from child support asking them to remove this account from my credit report. I was told by child support this letterhead document from child support should remove this delinquency from my report right away. Experian is reporting account - as a collection and also that I owe $870.00. This account is not in a collection account and I owe $0.00. I want Experian to remove this account right away base on the evidence I uploaded to this complaint and also fix their website so it can upload pdf files as they stated on Experian website dispute.
