I sent a certified letter to transunion over 45 days ago requesting verification of late payments and collection accounts. I informed them to send me documents that they have in their file as of date to verify the accuracy. Under the fair reporting act ,15 U.S.C 1681g, I have the right to demand all documents retained in their file. NO copies were ever sent. This is a violation of Section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ). They did not mail evidence of the accuracy of my accounts on file within the 30 days. Unde the FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681i all unverified accounts must be deleted promptly. No copies of the verified information on file was sent to me in the 45 day period. Thats a violation of my rights. Just mailing a letter stating verified is not enough. I needed documents mailed to me from the files of all the late accounts or collection accounts. None were ever sent. Now I am demanding all account that are negative or in collections removed due to no verification documentation was mailed to me.


No documentation was mailed to me that was in your file. The 45 day period has expired and by law these accounts must be deleted. Just sending a letter stating verified is not enough. I requested documentation. I did not received a single documentation. This is a violation of my rights, I have consulted with an attorney. If documents ( proof of account being late, letters you have from creditor, proof that these are indeed my account, and balance owed on all accounts ) you have in your file are not mailed to me immediately, I will have to persue further action.
