I received a letter from J & L Teamworks- CA dated - -, 2016 indicating I owed $20.00 to - -. I responded, in writing on - -, indicating there was no balance due, and if they had documentation indicating otherwise, please provide to me. They responded on - - with an attached document that did not come from - -, did not have - letterhead, or anything indicating it came from -. I responded, in writing on - -, again asking for legitimate proof of this debt. Additionally, I have the bank records showing the co-payment of $40.00 was made on the day in question. - -, 2016 I received a new letter from J & L, which was a copy of the first letter, indicating to me that they were starting over from the beginning of the process, ignoring my writing rebuttals. I am led to believe this is some sort of scam, perhaps.
