I emailed a collection company name STELLAR Recovery Inc. back in - -, 2016 to remove a debt showing on my credit report and affecting my credit score. I received a phone call from one of the representative that did n't say her name nor a phone number to get a hold of her and I confirmed to her that the address on the debt does not belong to me and it belongs to someone else. I was told that the debt will be removed from my credit report. I checked again in - -, 2016 and the debt still shows on my report, so I sent a follow up email and I never received a respond up 'til now. I also filed a dispute with the - credit bureau and still did n't resolve the issue. I was told to file straight with the collection agency or the original creditor.
