Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Utah

My car 's been towed by repo. So I tried to make payments and get my car back. Then I made the payments a week ago from now, and agreement with 2months extension, but I did n't get my car back yet. Now I try to call to them and talk about this, but they do n't answer. After read the critical reviews about that company 's services, I 'm sending this complain to CFPB because now I 'm so confused what I 'm gon na do.
