I do not know Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened to sue on too old debt Illinois

I 've received numerous calls from this company called East PointGroup out of - New York threatening me that if do n't call them back they will file a lawsuit against me and take me to court. Now they are calling my parents home number ( I do n't live there ) and also are calling my ex wife threatening them as well with legal action. Their number that shows on the caller id is - I do n't owe any debt to anyone I just checked my credit report today and nothing shows up listed as East Point Group. I would like them to stop calling and harassing me.
