On - I Opened an account with -, submitted - payment, my light was never turned on, I consistently called - - sent bank statements showing that I paid them, then in - 2015 I received a call from - stating that they would they would send me a check for - because they own - and my lights were never put on, After receiving the check from -, I changed it, after changing it, I received a letter stating that I owe them -, my credit score was in the -, I called torres collections explaining the situation, they said they would get back to me and never did now this money that they stated I owe is on my credit score.
