My student loans with - - went into default. Now Northstar Location Services took over payment. I set up $250.00 a month. My husband and I just got a joint bank account a few months ago and now someone got into our account and retrieved our account numbers. As a precaution, they closed that account out and gave us a new account. I went to lunch and got back and had a missed call & voicemail on my cell phone, work phone, and they had called a department that takes incoming calls from our loan officers about our mortgage loans. So I had a co-worker messaging me about it. I called the lady back, her name is - - -, and told her I have told her more than once not to call my work phone. She said it was system generated and she had no control over it. I told her I never even gave them the place where I worked, let alone, my work phone number. I also told her we can not get those type of calls here, that my workplace does not allow it. Once again, she told me that she would remove it. I do not believe her when she tells me this as she had said it before. She said well the only time we call you at work is when there are non sufficient funds. I told her that I have always gotten back within the day if there are any issues and I do not care what the issue with my account is and calling my cell phone and leaving a voicemail was enough.
