I received a Notice to Foreclose on court house step for - -, -. The notice is dated - -, - from Brock & Scott PLLC. On - -, I sent a Dispute for the Foreclosure Notice requesting Brock & Scott PLLC to identity who they are, such as a holder in due course, a creditor, etc., and who authorized or gave them the authority to foreclosure along with a list of other questions I needed answered. Brock & Scott is a - party debt collector and do n't have standing to foreclose. I asked for payoff information as well. On - -, -, I received a copy of the security deed ( stamped original ) and a bad copy of the " Note '' and the accounting that I never asked for. None of the other questions were answered. Under the FDCPA it states foreclosures must be done in a judicial court. They are threating to sell my property on the courthouse steps on - -, -. The lender listed on my paperwork is -. - did an assignment in - to -, but - was bankrupt and no longer in existence in -. How is that possible?
