I contacted a representative who is no longer with the company and he sent me training materials which stated no out of pocket costs for patients '' The company would accept only what medical insurance would pay even if that was nothing because we are collecting test data, and we want to make this test available to more people, we are accepting what insurance is paying and writing off the balance. '' I shared this information with the collection agency but Fidelis Recovery Solutions will not return calls about this issue either. Patients are being taken advantage of by both - and Fidelis Recovery Solutions. Please advise me on how to help our patients.
