collection agency did n't identify them self as a collection agency says they are only required to say mini miranda it once and that they did it on a letter they sent informed them that is wrong fdcpa clearly states that it is on every contact they sent me a validation letter we requested and it was - more than what I owed part of it was 2 months that landlord could n't rent apartment yet apartment was rented 30 days after I moved out can get proof if needed they are overly aggressive and refuse to adhere to fedral law I can not and will not do business with a company that thinks they are above the law
