Other (phone, health club, etc.) Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Texas

Landlord ( - - - . ) did not provide notice to tenant ( - - - ) upon the - day from move out day to the forwarding address she provided upon move-out on - -, 2014. Landlord then sent amount directly to a collection agency who only provided a bill as a method of validation. We have asked the collection agency to provide the certified letter attached with the return receipt with tenant 's signature that she received notice that landlord was seeking an amount in damages. Tenant who is - years old and who lived in the apartment for 8 years, disputes the entire amount sought by landlord due to their failure to provide notice and the fact the items seeking reimbursement ( vinyl, resurfaced counter-tops, and a blind ) are all items with normal wear & tear.
