Southwest collection services used an address I never lived at to communicate a collection I found out about through my credit monitoring service. They said they can not remove the account even though i verified payment because they said only comcast can do that. I faxed verification of payment to both of them but no one takes action. - opened a trouble ticket but does not have a phone number to discuss concerns if you are disputing a collection so I have no way to discuss resolution of this with even though I faxed in proof of payment it is still sitting on my reports with the bureaus.
