On first contact from P & B Capitol Group, LLC, a woman, who did not identify herself, yelled at me and was very abusive to me, calling me names. I tried to explain to her that i was on SS at - per month and have -, but she would not listen ; I asked her not to contact me by phone anymore. She became even more abusive and yelled at me, Collection efforts will continue ''. No paperwork or mailings have ever been received to my knowledge.
