Other (phone, health club, etc.) False statements or representation Attempted to collect wrong amount Kansas

These are medical bill co-pays. On my Credit Report It shows that they have been turned over from - - - -, who owns - - - Clinic where the co-pays were charged. They turned over the debts to Revenue Enterprises of - California. The amount listed on the Credit Report for all copays that I owe is $440.00. When I contacted - - - - on -, they said I would have to pay these through Revenue Enterprises Debt Collection Agency. I called them and spoke with on at - who is at extension -. I told them I wanted to pay the outstanding Balance that was listed on the credit report. He checked the account and came back and said I had a total of - accounts with - - for co-pays through - - - Clinic, and had - options to pay the bills off. 1. By paying $640.00, I would be paying all of the outstanding accounts, and that these would be

to the Credit Bureaus along with the - listed ( see document - revenue enterprises list on my credit report attached ). He said he did n't know why that is must be a paperwork issue. I was supposed to call him this morning - - - at -. CDT and choose which option I wanted. He would not give me a list of the itemized charges of the - collections he had in his office. I since learned through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau that promises of paying an amount to a - party collection agency are not true, and that the collection agency had not authority to have the Credit Bureaus wipe the slate clean. I do not trust this person, or the Company. My Goal yesterday was to simply pay delinquencies of these - bills that were sent to the Credit Bureau in the amount of $440.00. Then all of a sudden, there are these alleged other - - Hospital Bills that Revenue Enterprises said also needed attention.
