- and -, a collection agency for -, a - - NY newspaper called regarding a $20.00 overdue bill I have. The caller, - - ( extension - at - ) was extremely hostile, abusive and rude. I told him my mother just passed away a few weeks ago, and he got even nastier. There is absolutely no reason at all for this company to behave like this. I do not have a credit card, so I am having my friend take care of this issue
