The company FMS Investment Corp. - informed me that I would be participating in the Loan rehabilitation program which would reduce fees and costs associated with the transfer of the loan to their company and take away any interest accrued. I have been dealing with this company since -/-/-, all the paperwork I have received has said that I was in this program, and I have talked to several employees there of which multiple have informed of the above stated information. Today on -/-/- I was informed I was not in the program and none of the above mentioned services would be provided. The information I have been receiving was false and extremely misleading. I informed them that if I would have known this I could have paid it off sooner rather than it gaining interest that I would end up paying back. They stated they were sorry of the misinformation.
