this is a formal complaint against Statebridge Company LLC- This Company was our mortgage Company from - - to - -. This Company has been negligent and irresponsible in paying our School Taxes for the entire Tax period from -/-/--/-/- and School Taxes for the second half of -/-/-. They have also failed to pay the General Taxes for the second half of the year -/-/-.This resulted in a lien against my property for $14000.00. The current Loan servicer ( - - - ) which took over our mortgage in - - took our $14000.00 from our escrow payed off the lien that this negligent company caused and then started out paying our taxes giving us a negative escrow from jump. A claim was filed with consumer finance against - - - under ( COMPLAINT # - ) - so this is a follow -up complaint to get the right party in the mix. We will be providing you with all the documents that was initiated from -. This Statebridge Bank is despicable and have caused us great harm and -. We would like to see Statebridge reimburse the amount of the lien so that we can move on with our lives. I am not about to lose my home because of the negligence of Statebridge Bank.
