I asked for Discovery and found out that - and - ( Not Located in Indiana ) are actually suing me. AT NO TIME did Wright Lerch & Litow make it known that they are representing -. One of the documents from Wright Lerch & Litow, states the client is - - - and the Original Creditor is - Bank. Another document from - - of - Bank dated - -, - states findings were forward to Attorney - - -. Never - has any of - Bank 's documents listed - - - - as the attorney. I requested terms and agreement, '' contract between Wright Lerch & Litow and - Bank, contract between Wright Lerch & Litow and - - - and between - Bank and - - -. I have not received any documents giving Wright Lerch & Litow or - - - the legal right to sue me. There is no contract, terms and agreement, no credit card statements for -, - and - they ca n't provide me with any proof of transactions -, -, and -. Wright Lerch & Litow FAILED to name all necessary party and misrepresentation. I do not know who the real lawyer is and feel it is illegal practice.
