R S CLARK COLLECTION AGENCY put a negative item on my credit. I had insurance. This agency did not contact me before putting anything on my credit. R S Clark is not bonded to collect in the STATE OF TE-AS. I sent them a validation request. They never did validate the account, but they continue to report this inaccurate information on my credit
