On - - 2015 I sent Quality Asset Recovery a letter asking them to VALIDATE not VERIFY the debt they are attempting to collect from me. They have also reported this debt to the - credit bureaus without my consent or awareness. I am very upset that they have tarnished my credit with this outrageous claim that I owe them any money at all. They have prevented me from obtaining any future credit and all attempts to communicate with there very rude representatives over the phone have gone no where. They have violated my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and have not even followed the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act which states they have to to stop all collection activity while the debt is being investigated and disputed. They have blatantly ignored my letter to them which I have attached as proof.
