Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine

Cawley & Bergmann, LLP Debt collection department,

Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Minnesota

I have received - voicemail messages on my cell phone from - - -. They say their message so fast you do not even understand what they really want. Finally, after the - call I called back. They were trying to collect a debt from someone who had my same name but kept calling me because my name was the same and I lived in the same state. - -, in their complaint department said they searched public records and got my number. I think they should verify more than names and phone numbers. I feel they were harassing me and I do not owe the debt and was guilty because I had the same name! These type of tactics should be stopped! Who do they think they are anyway!
