In -, my vehicle, which is financed through Tidewater Motor Credit, was totaled in an accident where I was found to be 0 % at fault. The vehicle was totlated and my insurance provided a check in the amount of $8000.00, leaving me with abalance of almost $4000.00. I had multiple correspondence with various employees ofTidewater and explained that I would be pursuing legal action against the other insurancecompany ( asking for - maximum for no fault ). I was told I could only do alump sum payment and could not make payments. I had regular correspondence withthem through - -. On multiple occasions in -/-/-, I was contacted by employees ofTidewater via telephone at work, despite my telling them ( on multiple occasions ), that myemployer did not approve of such calls.
