Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt May 9, 2016 - this was a old loan which was taking off my credit score two months ago, Paramount Capital as of this past Friday -/-/- done a hard hit credit pull on my credit which is against the law, I did n't give permission and had no knowledge of this till I checked my credit.Paramount stated they would do what ever it took to get it back on - which is also against the Federal law.once it 's removed from credit scoring it CANT be put back on, so Paramount done this to damage my credit.I want this removed completely or I will seek legal actions. for I have NOT applied for credit with this company... |

Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount January 4, 2016 - I contacted - - at Paramount capital on -/-/- in an attempted to settle a charged off debt of $3700.00. Collector stated that only the amount of $3000.00 was acceptable at the time. On -/-/- i received a letter from - - stating that $1400.00 was an acceptable amount to consider this debt settled in full. I believe the collector has clearly violated Section 807 ( 10 ) of the FDCPA which, " prohibits the use of any false representation or deceptive means to collect or attempt to collect any debt or to obtain information concerning a consumer.
