Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt May 21, 2015 - I requested verification of debt, debt collector and/or attorney stated they did not have to provide me with proper validation of debt the further stated that copies of past statements were validation of debt. I am not disputing that I owe the company money I 'm disputing the amount I have questions about the debt I requested proper validation of the debt as well as the signed contract from the credit card company and signatures of purchases that I personally made with the credit card none of which I have been given except for copies of statements of two plus years ago. ... |
