Protas, Spivok & Collins, LLC Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt June 21, 2015 - Being continuous contacted about a charged off debt from no longer functional ; bankrupt company. I have received a Garnishment summons for over five years concerning this account. This collections dept used a third party to gather information about me. The information that there using to collect is totally incorrect. I no longer work for the company they trying to collect from. I never applied for credit using the company information, I previously worked for. The only way they could have gotten that company information would be to get it from IRS or my personal email using a hacking service. ... |
