They failed to abide by FDCPA 807 ( 8 ) they had 30 days to contact the credit bureau and dispute they waited 60 days. Unfortunately, i did n't get the mail and missed the bill. By the time i inquired about the charges from hospital, they 'd already sent the amount of $100.00 to collections ( CMRE, - ).
